This project began with a focus on CRM specialization and evolved into marketing leadership.
Challenge:
Expanding a retail and software business into new markets, particularly launching a software solutions division in the UK, while managing marketing efforts across the USA, Australia, and UK. The challenge involved ensuring alignment between regional teams, optimizing CRM systems for 80+ clients, and strengthening brand presence through strategic campaigns and events.
Result:
Successfully launched the UK division, contributing to a significant increase in software solution inquiries. Led cohesive marketing strategies across three regions, improving collaboration between sales and marketing teams. Optimized CRM processes with HubSpot, enhancing data accuracy and automation for over 80 clients. Organized impactful events in the Philippines that boosted brand engagement and lead generation.
