This project revolved around managing and optimizing operations for a large-scale digital marketing agency, driving process efficiency and team performance.
Challenge
A large digital marketing agency, faced challenges in managing its expanding team of 53 professionals across various disciplines. The agency needed to streamline operations, improve client communication, and integrate technology solutions to enhance productivity.
As Senior Operations Manager, I developed and implemented protocols to improve workflow efficiency, ensuring consistent service delivery. I managed the team, aligning their efforts with the company’s goals, and spearheaded the integration of technology solutions to automate processes and increase productivity. Additionally, I managed multiple account managers, improving client communication and satisfaction.
Results
I also conducted interviews and onboarded new talent to scale the team and meet business demands. Regular strategic reports to the C-suite provided insights into performance and areas for improvement. This initiative resulted in a more efficient and scalable operation, maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction.
