This project involved transforming marketing and operational processes for a rapidly growing real estate company.
Challenge:
A rapidly growing real estate company needed to enhance its marketing, operations, and CRM processes to keep up with expansion. Key challenges included establishing a strong brand identity, optimizing sales and marketing workflows, and scaling the tech stack and team to support growth from 8 to 400 employees within two years.
Result:
Successfully revamped the company's branding and identity, streamlined HubSpot for better deal and contact management, and implemented KPI tracking. Designed company uniforms and ID laces for the Philippines-based team. Led impactful marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. Managed the tech stack and onboarded technical personnel, while also optimizing workflows with Airtable to boost efficiency and productivity.
